Epoxy floor resurfacing compound
weberep epo 420 SC is a three- component system based on epoxy resins and selected fillers. It provides a resilient system for floor repairs and resurfacing, non absorbent and dust free.
The selected fillers enable the system to hold thickness and give weberep epo 420 SC a high resistance to abrasion, as well as a high tensile and compressive strength.

- The substrate must be sound, clean, dry
- Blasting with light sand shall be performed in order to cause deep irregularities on the substrate
- Surface should be free from laitance , dirt and loose concrete remains
- All cracks over 1.6mm wide should be widened to the dimensions of 6.3m wide and 6.3 mm deep prior to the application of weberep epo 420 SC
- After surface preparation, prime any smooth areas with Eposil plus
- All material should be within the proper temperature range of 10°C to 40°C for at least 24 hours prior to mixing
- For large application with less than 1 cm thickness, a special packaging of 17.8 kg kit is recommended
- weberep epo 420 SC can be applied up to 50 mm thickness
