weberep epo 440 LR is a trowelable three components, shrinkage-free epoxy mortar. It is mainly used for its high bonding power and mechanical strength. The material will give excellent chemical and abrasion resistance for concrete and similar substrate. weberep epo 440 LR adheres to all building materials: iron, concrete, bricks,...It has a high chemical resistance to: Petroleum, oil, grease, diluted acids, alkalis, solvents and salty water.

- The substrate should be dry, free from loose pieces, dust, greasy matters or paint
- The substrate should be abraded by light brushing , grinding or light sandblasting

- The mixed epoxy mortar should be placed immediately after mixing
- On vertical and overhead surfaces, avoid applications over 10mm per layer
- After usage clean tools with water
