- Easy to use and apply. Only requires the addition of water on site for ease of use.
- Compatible with most types of finishing materials.
- Breathable, allows the substrate to breath without de-lamination.
- Very good bonding characteristics to plastered substrates.
- Cement based walls and ceilings are the recommended substrates.
- Any problem in the surface which may lead to water penetration must be rectified.
- Plastered surfaces should be left to cure for at least 3 days prior to application of DRY PUTTY 111.
- In case of application delay after product preperation, do not add additional water. Remix till the mortar is workable again.
- If the surface is dry and in hot weather, pre-wet of water prior to applying DRY PUTTY 111 without leaving excess.
