weberfloor epocoat is a two-component very low VOC,pigmented solvent-free epoxy floor coating. It is easy to apply, excellent leveling, leaving a durable seamless surface,specially formulated as heavy duty floor coating.The product consists of pre-weighed colored resin and hardener components. Once treated with sand,weberfloor epocoat provides a hard wearing and abrasion resistant floor finish for basement, warehouses, industrial factories, ground floor car parks, traffic decks with no structural movement.- Abrasion resistance

- Solvent free providing odorless floor coat after dry
- Easy application by brush, roll or squeegee
- Maximum substrate moisture content should not exceed 5% (CM)
- Surface tensile adhesion shall not be less than 1MPa
- Over coating time at 200 microns thickness: minimum 24 hours
- Pedestrian traffic at 400 microns : 48 hours
- Full load at minimum 7 days
- Pot life: 45 min at 25°C
- Not recommended for UV exposed application
- Not applicable on wet substrate
