Solvent based epoxy sealing primers
weberfloor eposil is a two-component epoxy primer designed to seal the porosity of the substrate thus providing a homogeneous and adherent surface to various epoxy coating systems. It improves the resistance of concrete to chemicals and daily abrasion, and reduces its absorption of water and salts.

- Solvent based epoxy sealing primers For sealing the porosity of the substrate.
- Provide adherent surface to various epoxy coating systems.
- Improve the resistance of concrete to chemicals and daily abrasion.
- Reduce its absorption of water and salts.
- Substrate max moisture content should not exceed 5% (CM).
- Consumption: 0.09 kg/m2.

Pot life : 2-3 hours at 20°C. - Over coating application: after 8 hours.
- Wet film thickness: 190 microns.
- Drying time: 1 to 2 hours at 30°C.
- Not applicable on wet substrate.
- Not applicable on low surface
